FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment field. Device contains a thermostated chamber with a thermal stabilization unit, inside of which there is a reservoir for a portion of analyzed blood with a coagulation activator applied to the inner lateral surface of the container. Above reservoir is made in the form of a thin cylindrical capillary placed in a guiding channel from optically transparent material with possibility of capillary self-suction of blood in amount of 10–20 mcl. Guiding channel has a light-integration cavity in the form of a sphere with a mirror reflecting surface located on one longitudinal axial line with a thin cylindrical capillary. Proposed device comprises illumination module to make light cone-like light flux entering said container end face. It also includes registration unit connected to control unit equipped with power supply unit. Recording unit is in form of an analog photodetector of scattered light connected to a linearisation module control unit connected to the corresponding input. Wireless data transmission module introduced into the device is connected to the output of the control unit.
