FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: device for determining the rheological properties of blood (17) contains a control unit (7) and a temperature-controlled chamber (1), inside which there is a capillary (2) made of an optical transparent material located in the guide channel, and connected to the control unit (7) temperature control node (3), an illumination module (4) designed to provide the possibility of introducing a light flux into the end of the capillary (2), and a photometric module (5) located above the capillary (2). The photometric module (5) includes the main light-integrating cavity (11) and the main analog photo-sensor (12) of scattered light connected to it, as well as an additional analog photo-sensor (14) and the additional light-integrating cavity (13) connected to it. The capillary (2) is placed in a horizontal plane with the possibility of rotation along its axial line by means of the capillary (2) rotation mechanism (6) connected to the control unit (7). The additional light-integrating cavity (13) is made identical to the main one (11) and together with it forms a hemisphere consisting of two identical parts separated by an opaque partition (15) located perpendicular to the axial line of the capillary (2). Such an embodiment of the device provides a reduction in the time for determining the ESR and an increase in the reliability of the determination of the ESR, and also expands the functionality of the device, making it possible to determine other rheological parameters with high reliability.

EFFECT: determination of these rheological parameters takes less time compared to known similar devices.
