FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for the measurement of hemostasis parameters contains a thermostatic chamber with a thermostabilizing node, inside which a container is placed for a portion of tested blood, made in the form of a thin cylindrical capillary vertically located in an installation node with a guide channel. A clotting activator is applied to the inner side surface of the thin cylindrical capillary, and it is provided with hydrophobic coating in the area of its lower end on its inner surface. The device contains a probing module made with the possibility of impact on fibrin film formed in thrombosis, and in the form of an ultrasound converter connected to a radio pulse generator and contacting with the lower end of the thin cylindrical capillary, with the possibility of emission and reception of ultrasound oscillations in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the thin cylindrical capillary. A control unit is connected to the probing module. The device also contains a spectrum analyzer connected to the ultrasound converter, the radio pulse generator, and the control unit.

EFFECT: such a device structure provides for high accuracy of measurement of hemostasis parameters.
