FIELD: technology of making articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from composite materials, namely reinforcing spherical plates of flexible support for power structures. Method of producing reinforcing plates of flexible support hinge comprises marking and cutting out segments of binder impregnated with carbon, laying of segments on spherical surface of shaping mandrel and hardening of produced billet. Template is made, the contour of which is part of unfolded cone side surface unfolding, geometric parameters of which correspond to geometrical parameters of spherical surface of reinforcing plate. When cutting the first row of segments along the strip of carbon fabric, the template is inverted alternatively by the lower edge upwards and the upper edge downwards, thus combining the side edges of the template and the already marked segment. Operation is repeated at marking of second and subsequent rows of segments on width of strip of carbon fabric, shaping mandrel is encircled with a marking tape made in the form of an annular band with divisions equal to the distance during laying between the side edges of adjacent segments, during laying, the segments are displaced in the annular direction relative to each other, while combining the side edges of the segments with the corresponding marks on the marking tape, wherein the first segment is laid with the face side of the carbon fabric to the shaping mandrel, the second segment is laid with the reverse side of the carbon fabric to the shaping mandrel, and the following segments are laid, alternating the front and back sides of the carbon fabric.

EFFECT: technical result consists in production of monolithic structure of composite material reinforcing plates of flexible support hinge and increasing their strength.
