FIELD: manufacturing methods.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing axisymmetric shells of a complex profile with internal riffles. The method includes a procurement operation, in which pipes are cut into blanks, blanks are machined with the formation of a ledge on the inner surface and phosphating, and press operations of forming riffles on the inner surface of the blanks in two operations, first in the right direction, then in the left direction, in which the blank is installed in the press-tool die with a ledge down and riffles are formed for multiple passes on each operation. In this case, the formation of riffles and crimping of the blank is carried out with a deforming tool with an antifriction composition applied to the working surfaces, and during the operations of forming riffles and crimping, a fluorine-containing lubricant emulsion is used. After the formation of the riffles, recrystallization softening annealing and phosphating are performed, then the blank is installed in the press-tool die with a ledge up and crimped, and after crimping the blanks, annealing is performed, reducing stresses, and chemical cleaning of the blanks.

EFFECT: obtaining a shell of a complex profile with internal riffles with high accuracy of geometric dimensions and the quality of the treated surfaces, as well as in increasing the manufacturing productivity and the metal utilization factor.
