FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental medicine, oncology, oncogynecology, and can be used to simulate a procarcinogenic action of fulvestrant on ovary tissue in female descendants of laboratory mice. That is ensured by intramuscularly injecting fulvestrant 100 mcg/kg of mice in form of 0.4 ml of 0.0005 % oily solution to pregnant laboratory mice on 11th day of the prenatal period.
EFFECT: method provides a model of morphological and immunohistochemical changes caused by a procarcinogenic action of a high hormone level on female ovary by introducing the effective sub-toxic dose of fulvestrant in the critical day of organ anlage, which does not cause irreversible changes in the ovaries.
