SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to coloproctology. Ultrasonic dissection in the cutting mode using ultrasonic scalpel ULTRACISION of Ethicon Endosurgery (USA) involves an ellipsoidal incision of perianal skin and an anal canal mucosa to a dentate line around a hemorrhoid with its subsequent mobilization from outside to vascular pedicle. Billroth clamp is applied on vascular pedicle. Hemorrhoid is excised. Vascular pedicle is sutured and ligatured by an absorbable ligature. Postoperative wounds are not closed. Tampon with a Levomecol ointment of is introduced into the anal canal.
EFFECT: method enables reducing tissue traumatization, providing more effective surgical management of hemorrhoids by improving the indices of both the immediate and remote postoperative period.
