FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method of packing powders into containers through a loading funnel and a first tube connected to a loading funnel. Proposed method comprises the following stages: a) suction of air from inner area of said hopper and said first tube so as to provide compression of supplied powders; b) introducing gas to control degree of powders pressing inside said first tube. System for packing powders comprises loading hopper configured to receive powders, and first tube including inlet connected with loading funnel. First tube inside comprises a screw conveyor for supply of powders towards the outlet hole of the first tube. First tube is made of filtering material and is arranged inside the second tube to form a gap between said first tube and said second tube, wherein gap is configured to be sealed. Second tube contains the first hole made with possibility of air suction from the specified gap and from the loading funnel, and the second hole made with possibility of gas injection inside the specified gap. Proposed system comprises pressure transducer arranged inside said clearance to adjust amount of gas fed via second orifice based on pressure measured by pressure transducer to control degree of powders pressing inside said first tube.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of controlling dispensing of product leaving system with high accuracy.
