FIELD: meat processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the meat processing industry, and in particular to a plant for drying animal carcasses. The oil separating device receives animal carcasses transported on the conveying device and produces fatty oil by pressing the animal carcasses using a heating device. The hot air generating device generates hot air by burning fatty oil supplied from the oil storage device. The agitator supplies hot air to the animal carcasses while loosening the animal carcasses. The grinder grinds the carcasses of animals loosened in the mixer. The sorting device separates animal carcasses crushed by the shredder according to size. Bird feathers or the like are removed, and animal carcasses are dried using hot air generated using fatty oil in grinding, and then crushed so as to be easily converted into fertilizer or easily disposed of.
EFFECT: animal carcasses are processed using environmentally friendly technology.
