FIELD: production of composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite material laying machine. Technical result is achieved by machine for laying composite material, which includes stationary bridge, comprising vertical supports located at a distance from each other, and an upper beam extending along the length along the horizontal axis Y, embracing the working area; carriage installed with possibility of movement along horizontal axis Y along upper beam length; a head for laying composite material supported by carriage for movement only along horizontal axis Y and restricted vertical movement along axis Z; carriage re-guide roller, supported by carriage and installed with possibility of rotation relative to axis X; plurality of head redirecting rollers, which redirect composite material from carriage redirect roller to displacing sealing roller; V-shaped path of composite material passage between carriage re-directing rollers and displacing sealing roller, symmetrical relative to vertical central line of head; a stationary creel arranged adjacent to one of the vertical supports, forming a band of composite material with a width extending along the X axis and a length extending along the Y axis; accumulator installed between creel and carriage; laying table in working area, installed with possibility of movement along horizontal axis X and rotation relative to axis C around vertical axis, perpendicular to axis Y and axis X. Movement of head along axis Y and displacement of laying table along axis X and the laying table rotation relative to the vertical axis C allows the head to place the composite material on the laying table in any orientation without twisting along width of strip of composite material relative to axes X and Y. Note here that displacing sealing roller can be shifted to any side from vertical central line of head for laying composite material on laying table in both directions along axis.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of fiber feeding trajectory from bobbin case to stowage table.
