FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for producing graphene plates with different number of atomic layers comprises flow reactor 2 with a working mixture supply pipe 4 containing graphite and water and an outlet branch pipe 5. Intake reactor 2 integrates ultrasound source 1 and dual centrifugal pump 3, which serve for cavitation action on graphite particles in composition of working mixture by combination of low and high frequencies with power values of not less than 100 W/cm2.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain graphene plates with number of atomic layers from 1 to 15.
