FIELD: sportive equipment. SUBSTANCE: exerciser has flexible power members connected with their one ends to gloves, connecting members, shoulder belts, chest and abdomen straps attached by means of fastening members. Flexible power members are fixed with their one ends to horizontal and vertical consoles inserted into tubes at both sides of casing. Connecting unit is arranged in mid portion of casing and comprises springy members secured in casing slots. Shoulder belts are attached to casing upper and lower edges, chest strap is fastened to shoulder belts and abdomen strap is fastened to lower edge of casing. Such construction intensifies exercising process by developing responses and muscles responsible for delivering blows and provides for free movement in premises.
