RECOMBINANT PROBIOTIC BACTERIA Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61K38/17

Abstract RU 2723324 C2

FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a population of recombinant probiotic bacteria for treating and/or alleviating wound healing, a pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or alleviating wound healing, containing said population, as well as a method of treating and/or alleviating wound healing using said composition or population. Disclosed population of recombinant probiotic bacteria comprises a nucleic acid sequence(s) coding a first heterologous factor, a nucleic acid sequence(s), coding a second heterologous factor, and preferably a nucleic acid sequence(s) coding a third heterologous factor, wherein the cells of said population comprise a nucleic acid sequence(s) coding a first heterologous factor, and/or a nucleic acid sequence(s), coding a second heterologous factor, and/or preferably a nucleic acid sequence(s) coding a third heterologous factor. Said first factor, said second factor and said third factor are functionally different. Said first factor is a growth factor, wherein said second factor is selected from a group consisting of M2-polarizing factors, and preferably said third factor is selected from a group consisting of M2-polarizing factors and growth factors. Pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or facilitation of wound healing contains an effective amount of said population of recombinant probiotic bacteria and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. A method of treating and/or alleviating wound healing involves the stage of introducing said population of recombinant probiotic bacteria or said composition to an individual in need thereof.

EFFECT: invention is effective in treating and/or relieving wound healing.
