FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology and physiotherapy. Patient undergoes endoscopic surgery, hormone therapy and the use of medical ozone. Use of ozone is carried out using the "overalls" method, wherein the patient in a nude is placed in gas-impermeable overalls, leaving the hands and head free. Body surface is exposed to air of gaseous ozone fed into overalls under pressure. Therapeutic course is 7 days with a daily procedure length of 20 minutes.
EFFECT: method enables improving the immunological reactivity of the organism, reducing inflammation, pain syndrome, oxidant stress, improving the emotional state of the patients.
