SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method of treating external genital endometriosis (EGE). Method of treating external genital endometriosis involves surgical treatment, diagnosis verification and subsequent drug-induced treatment, where after the surgical management and verification of the diagnosis, the patient takes cabergoline orally 2 times a week continuously for at least 6 months, and in the EGE of the I-II degree - in dose of 0.25 mg, with EGE of the III degree - in dose of 0.5 mg as a monotherapy or in addition to hormonal therapy.

EFFECT: method described above enables higher effectiveness of the EGE therapy ensured by a personified dose selection depending on the prevalence of the uncommon blood pressure, frequency of pregnancy, with fewer side effects, high frequency of adherence to treatment, potential use of the preparation as a monotherapy, and in addition to the main hormonal therapy of the EGE.
