FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry. Disclosed is an apparatus for transporting food products in a carbon dioxide medium comprising autonomous compartments for storage. At the same time throttling of liquid carbon dioxide for its production in snow-melting phase takes place directly in nozzles located along the whole length of compartments and, respectively, along the whole length of the plant housing. Distribution of carbon dioxide by nozzles takes place via distributing pipes of pipeline located under each compartment for products cooling. Also disclosed is an apparatus for transporting food products in a carbon dioxide medium comprising an autonomous storage compartment. Throttling of liquid carbon dioxide for its production in snow-melting phase occurs directly in nozzles located between supports of internal heat-insulated circuit. Distribution of carbon dioxide by nozzles takes place via distributing pipeline, located under internal heat-insulated circuit, in walls of which there are holes for carbon dioxide ingress into device.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures preservation of physical and chemical properties of the product.
