SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and neurology. Diagnose the severity of swallowing disorders in the pharyngeal phase with neurogenic peripheral dysphagia under the control of transnasal endoscopic laryngoscopy. In this case, under visual control, a flexible endoscope is carried out transnasally into the nasopharynx, and then into the hypopharynx. After that, a visual examination of the motor activity of the larynx and its elements for the presence of pathological changes and taking them into account when conducting an assessment test of the act of swallowing is carried out. The patient performs nine swallowing acts in succession with a gradual increase in the volume of the pharynx. First, the patient takes three sips of 5, then 10 and 20 ml aqueous solutions with a pudding thickener tinted with food coloring. In the absence of coloration of the elements of the larynx and the phenomena of penetration and aspiration of the colored solution, the patient takes three sips of water solutions tinted with food coloring with a thickener of nectar consistency in volumes of 5, then 10 and 20 ml. In the absence of coloring of the elements of the larynx and the phenomena of penetration and aspiration of the colored solution, the patient takes three sips of drinking water tinted with food coloring without a thickener in volumes of 5, then 10 and 20 ml.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing accuracy of diagnosis of the severity of swallowing disorders in the pharyngeal phase in neurogenic peripheral dysphagia, ensuring correctness of treatment and its effectiveness in the future.
