FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: torque reduction lever gear is intended for conversion of translational movement of engine piston into rotary motion of crank (crankshaft), with increased, relative to value, equal to half stroke of piston, crank arm. Torque increment arises from application of force from piston group via rocker arm to crankshaft bell crank with increased arm. Lever-type reduction gear is used in piston engines where it is necessary to implement rotary motion.
EFFECT: invention objective is to expand kinematic capabilities of mechanism; said target is ensured by crankshaft providing main shaft arm exceeding stroke length.
