Method and device for issuing tickets related to the field of purchase and sale of tickets through self-service. Method includes: actuation of a tape of tickets with movement in the forward direction so that to achieve or pass a tear-off line between the first ticket and the second ticket on the tape of the tear-off point (S210), wherein first ticket is adjacent to second ticket, wherein first ticket is downstream relative to second ticket in forward direction; control and execution of action of tear-off or cutting of ticket with separation of first ticket from second ticket (S220); and actuation of the ticket strip with movement to the first specified distance in the forward direction with implementation, thus, passage of tear-off or cut-off point second edge passage (S230).

EFFECT: technical result is the development of a method and equipment for issuing tickets, which effectively eliminate the problem that the first ticket may not fall into the ticket issuing channel after the ticket is torn off or cut off, while ensuring the entire process of issuing tickets, which increases the efficiency of issuing tickets.
