SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for processing paper sheets. Proposed is an apparatus for processing paper sheets comprising an ejection roller for ejecting a paper sheet and a pressing tool for pressing the paper sheet to the ejection roller. The pressing tool therein comprises: a main element of the pressing means, configured to move closer to the ejection roller and farther therefrom, a pressing element located on the main element of the pressing tool on the side of the ejection roller and configured to move in the direction of the main element of the pressing tool and to the side thereof, and an elastic element located between the pressing element and the main element of the pressing tool.
EFFECT: creation of an apparatus for processing paper sheets, capable of preventing paper sheet jamming.
