FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vascular neurosurgery, neurology, resuscitation and intensive care, and is intended for prediction of return to work activity after microsurgical clipping of ruptured cerebral aneurysms in acute period of hemorrhage. Method involves assessing the patient’s age, assessing the patient’s neurological status using the Hunt–Hess scale, performing computed tomography (CT) and assessing the CT data: volume and nature of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (ASAH) according to Fisher scale, localization of arterial aneurysm (AA). According to the results of the brain CT angiography 3D reconstruction, the AA size is estimated, method involves assessing the performed approach during a surgical reception, the presence of a chronic cardiovascular disease.

EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of prediction of remote functional outcomes, as well as frequency of return and terms of return to previous labor activity after microsurgical clipping of aneurysms in acute stage of rupture due to considered criteria at stage of early postoperative period.
