FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Universal reposition-fixation ring with dynamic compression, for operative treatment of comminuted fractures of cotyloid cavity with form of open hemisphere and contour corresponding to contour of cartilaginous surface of cotyloid cavity contains two ends, on which has one hole and two grooves, inner and outer surfaces, upper inlet, and lower hole, holes along entire length of wall ring for inserting fastening screws into wall of cotyloid cavity, recesses along the edge of the wall along the entire perimeter of the ring for insertion of fixing screws through them into the wall of the cotyloid cavity and its columns. Holes are arranged relative to recesses of the wall edge of the upper inlet ring in staggered order. Recesses along the upper edge of the ring wall have a lower edge which extends inside the ring and stands above its inner surface in the form of a supporting apex for the screws inserted into the cotyloid cavity wall. Bottom edge of recesses on outer surface side is conically tinned from top to bottom in form of trough for better fit to external wall of ring inserted into cotyloid cavity wall screws, which allows screw to not deviate outside of ring, and promotes the introduction of the screws directly into the cotyloid wall of the cotyloid cavity wall. Diameter of holes does not allow screw caps to dive into hole, and after insertion of fastening screws through holes their heads are located above level of inner surface of ring wall at an angle relative to inner surface of ring. Ring has also smaller holes located between holes for screws of larger diameter, as well as along edge of large lower hole and on ends of ring with increase in their number on one end of ring, corresponding projection, after installing the ring into the cotyloid cavity, the connection point of the horizontal branch of pubic bone and cotyloid cavity, and on the other end of the ring corresponding projection, after the ring is installed in the cotyloid cavity, a junction of an ischial bone and an acetabular cavity for carrying through them screws with small diameter for fixation of intermediate fragments of the cotyloid cavity.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of surgical treatment of comminuted fractures of cotyloid cavity.
