SUBSTANCE: device for the surgical treatment of acetabular fractures, containing an open ring having an outer convex, inner concave surface, a small base directed towards the acetabular apex, and a large base for adhering to the edges of the acetabulum and two ends directed towards each other, bone screws, fastening bone elements, while the open ring is made symmetrical with respect to the connector and can move and move apart, while the contour of the open ring corresponds to the contour of the cartilaginous surface of the acetabulum, and the edge of the large base of the ring is made with recesses having a round cylindrical surface for bone screws, axes of these recesses are made converging towards the centre away from the large base of the open ring outward, and each edge of the recess on the side of the inner surface of the open ring is made with a thickening in the form of a peak, and the diameter of the mentioned round cylindrical surface of the recess does not exceed the diameter of the screw head, and in the open ring there are cylindrical protrusions located one above the other on the outer and inner sides of the open ring, and smooth cylindrical holes for fastening bone elements pass through the protrusions, while cylindrical smooth holes for fastening bone elements and round holes for bone screws are located along the entire length of the ends of the open ring alternately, in one row, which is located at the same distance from the small base of the ring, and both types of the mentioned holes are in a checkerboard pattern with respect to the recesses of the edge of the large base of the ring, and each the fastening bone element is made in the form of a rod, one end of which is made with a thread for screwing into the bone, and the other end is made round cylindrical on the outside, having a recess for a screwdriver on the end surface, while the diameter of the fastening bone elements along the entire length made the same, including the outer diameter of the thread, and is equal to the diameter without threaded round cylindrical holes with the possibility to move fastening bone elements in smooth round cylindrical holes, and the length of the cylindrical end of the fastening bone element is equal to the length of the through cylindrical hole without the thread for the fastening bone element.

EFFECT: increased stability of fixation of columns and fragments of the acetabulum, prevention of secondary displacement of columns and fragments of the acetabulum.
