FIELD: fire extinguishing means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire extinguishing means, in particular, to atomizers intended for spraying of fire-extinguishing substance. Fire extinguisher nozzle comprises first and second sleeves coaxially connected to each other. First sleeve is tapered and is a nozzle with an inner through hole, which extends along the entire sleeve by stepwise change of diameter from larger to smaller and is made in the body of the sleeve so that five cylindrical parts and three conical parts are formed. Second sleeve has inlet cylindrical cavity open for supply of fire-extinguishing substance flow into it, which is conjugated with inner conical cavity, which, in its turn, is conjugated with cylindrical cavity with holes for discharge of jet of fire-extinguishing substance flow into cylindrical cavity of first sleeve. Holes for discharge of jet of fire-extinguishing substance flow into cylindrical cavity of first sleeve are oriented so that their symmetry axes are perpendicular to symmetry axis of second sleeve. In addition, bushing is installed connecting first and second sleeves and made with threaded part for connection with first sleeve and with fixing device for connection with second sleeve. Fixing device contacts with corresponding of three annular grooves on external cylindrical surface of the second sleeve. Holes for discharge of stream of fire extinguishing agent flow of second sleeve are supplemented with hole arranged along atomizer axis. Fixing device is made in the form of a spring-loaded pin installed in the bushing and entering one of three annular grooves of the second sleeve.
EFFECT: when using the above nozzle design of the fire extinguisher, it is possible to preserve the fire-extinguishing substance supply range, with increase in the viscosity ratio, thereby maintaining its droplet dispersion.
