LIQUID STABLE VACCINES CONTAINING BOVINE VIRUS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61K39/12 A61K39/155 A61K39/265 A61K39/215 A61K39/295 A61K47/26

Abstract RU 2723935 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: described is an effective liquid stable combination vaccine, promoting cattle protection against a clinical disease that occurs as a result of infection, caused by cattle viral diarrhea virus (BVDV), infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus (IBR), parainfluenza type 3 virus (PI3), bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) and/or bovine respiratory coronavirus (BRCV), wherein said stable liquid combined vaccine comprises live attenuated BVDV, live attenuated IBR, live attenuated PI3, live attenuated BRSV and live attenuated BRCV together with 10–30 % (weight/volume) of sorbitol, and amount of amino acid selected from a group, consisting of 0.17–0.46 mole of arginine or combined total 0.2–0.6 mole of arginine and glutamic acid; and where liquid stable combined vaccine has pH from 6.0 to 8.0. Present invention also discloses production of such vaccines and animal protection methods by administering said vaccines. In addition, described is an effective liquid stable vaccine, promoting cattle protection against clinical disease, which results from an infection caused by BVDV, wherein said liquid stable vaccine contains live attenuated BVDV together with 10–30 % (weight/volume) of sorbitol and amount of amino acid selected from a group, consisting of 0.17–0.46 mole of arginine or combined total 0.2–0.6 mole of arginine and glutamic acid; and where liquid stable vaccine has pH from 6.0 to 8.0. Present invention also discloses production of such vaccines and animal protection methods by administering said vaccines.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for treating and protecting animals.
