FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to a compound of formula (I), or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and stereoisomer, where R1, R2, X, Y, P, W and Ar are as defined in the claim. Compound of formula (I) of the present invention can be used in preparing a drug for treating cancer diseases mediated by abnormalities of multikinases. Also disclosed is a crystalline form I of compound of 4-(5-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-methyl-2,10-dihydropyrazolo[4,3-b]pyrido[4,3-e]-[1,4]diazepin-8-yl)morpholine, having formula (III), X-ray diffraction pattern of which on powder of crystalline form I has characteristic peaks at 7.4 ± 0.2°; 17.9 ± 0.2°; 18.9 ± 0.2°; 19.4 ± 0.2°; 21.5 ± 0.2° and 23.7 ± 0.2°, and a method for production thereof. Invention also relates to a method of producing a compound of formula (III) and intermediate compounds for its preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing a compound of formula (I) or a crystalline form of the compound of formula (III), and a method of treating cancer diseases mediated by abnormalities of multikinases.
