FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, namely, to a heterocyclic compound of the formula XV or its pharmaceutically acceptable sodium salt, where Z5 represents N or CH; R8 represents H; (C1-C3)alkyl, optionally substituted with OH; oxadiazole, optionally substituted with (C1-C3)alkyl; OR; NR2; SR; SO2R; NRCOR; CN; COOR; CONR2 or ; every R9 is, independently, (C1-C3)alkyl, optionally substituted with up to three halogens, (C2-C3)alkynyl, halogen, OR or CN; where each R represents, independently, H or an optionally substituted group selected from (C1-C3)alkyl, cyclopropyl, piperidinyl, C2-alkynyl, C6-aryl, pyrazolyl, (C6-aryl)(C1-C3alkyl)-, (pyridyl)(C1-C4alkyl) or N(C1-C3alkyl)2; p is 0, 1 or 2; and where optional substituents are selected from: (C1-C3)alkyl, halogen, OH, -O(C1-C3alkyl), COOH or CONH2. Invention also relates to specific compounds, method of inhibiting cell proliferation, method of treating a condition associated with aberrant cell proliferation, method of modulating serine-threonine protein kinase activity, pharmaceutical activity based on these compounds. XV.
EFFECT: new heterocyclic compounds have been obtained that are useful in the treatment of cancer.
