FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic compound of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In formula I ring Z is 5–6-member heteroaromatic ring containing 1–3 heteroatoms, wherein heteroatom is N or selected from a group consisting of N and O, or a group consisting of N and S; ring Q is a benzene ring or 5–6-member heteroaromatic ring; ring A is an unsubstituted benzene ring or unsubstituted 6-member heteroaromatic ring; ring B is a substituted or unsubstituted 5–6-member heteroaromatic ring; wherein in the ring B definition, the substituted or unsubstituted 5–6-member heteroaromatic ring is a substituted or unsubstituted imidazole ring, a substituted pyrimidine ring, a substituted pyrazine ring, substituted or unsubstituted pyrazole ring, substituted or unsubstituted triazole ring or substituted furan ring; Z1 is N or C; Z2 is S, O, N or CR2'; Z3 is S, N or CR3'; Z4 is N, NRa3 or CR4'; Z5 is N, CR5' or a single bond; Y1 is S, N or CR4; Y2 is N, NR5y1, CR5 or a single bond; A1 is C, each of A3 and A4 is independently N or C; A2 denotes N or CRa4; values of remaining radicals are specified in the claim. Invention also relates to individual nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic compounds of formula I, to methods of producing, using and to a pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic compounds of formula I, having the properties of ALK5 inhibitor.
