FIELD: steam supply devices.

SUBSTANCE: electronic steam feed device comprises an evaporator for evaporation of the initial material to form an aerosol inhaled by the user of that device, a power supply for supplying power to the evaporator; a wall defining an air passage through which air passes through the electronic steam supply device when a user of the electronic vapor supply device inhales or exhales, a temperature sensor installed in the air channel nearby one of the sections of the air channel wall; and a controller configured to initiate power supply to the temperature sensor for heating the temperature sensor and to initiate supply of power to the evaporator for evaporation of the starting material in response to the detected temperature change of the temperature sensor; wherein the air channel is located so that during inhalation or expiration of the user of the device air passing through the air channel is directed to a temperature sensor, i.e. to a section of the wall, near which the temperature sensor is positioned so that an air flow is disturbed near the temperature sensor.

EFFECT: disclosed is an electronic steam feed device.
