FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metrology, in particular, to measuring equipment for recording of inclusions of solid fractions in gas flow. Method of detecting inclusions of solid fractions in gas flow is based on reception of acoustic signals by sensors from collisions of solid fractions with inner surface of pipe. Acoustic signal is received in at least two points spatially spaced along the outer surface of the pipe. Collision of solid fractions with inner surface of the pipe is recorded as a collision in the sensitivity zone, provided that the acoustic signal first reaches the first sensor, which is installed in this zone, the boundaries of which are equidistant from neighboring sensors relative to the first sensor, as well as the collision of solid fractions with the inner surface of the pipe as a collision outside the sensitivity zone, provided that the acoustic signal is first transmitted to one of the sensors installed outside said zone.
EFFECT: simplification of measurement process and reduction of time costs for installation.
