FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular, to sensitive elements (electrode assemblies) of diffusion-type molecular-electronic converters. Substance of invention consists in that in converting element of molecular-electronic converter of diffusion type, comprising two pairs of mesh electrodes made of threads, located perpendicular to working fluid flow and connected to voltage source such that in each pair of mesh electrodes potential of one of electrodes – anode is higher than potential of other electrode – cathode, surfaces of threads, from which cathodes are made, are covered with dielectric layer from side opposite to nearby anode.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the sensitivity of a converting element of a diffusion-type molecular-electronic converter.
