Abstract RU 2724326 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for inducing death of tumor cells in living biological objects using solutions of sodium salts chlorine-e6, chlorine-p6 and purpurine-5 preparation "Radachlorin" electromagnetic HF and microwave energy of photo-wave radiation, known as HF- and UHF- hyperthermia. Described is a method for initiation of tumor cell death, intended for complex treatment of oncological patients, having tumor tissues with metastases for their hyperthermia in human organs, characterized by that before treatment, a person is transferred to a non-carbohydrate diet for 3 days to create glucose starvation and subsequent maximum saturation of oncological cells with an electron-ion solution of sodium salts of chlorine-e6, chlorine-p6 and purpurin-5 preparation "Radachlorin" with intravenous introduction in megadose 2.5 mg/kg of human body weight when accumulated in 3–4 times higher than in healthy, and 5 hours after administration of preparation "Radachlorin" selective hyperthermia of tumor tissues HF energy is carried out in accordance with depth of their location and penetration depth of electromagnetic waves in human body of 1100 centimeters, at the resolved frequency f=13.56 MHz, with a total rate of heating the tumor tissues at these frequencies of 0.054 °C/s, 180 seconds to temperature of 46.3 °C and heating the healthy tissues, not exceeding 40 °C.

EFFECT: technical result is thermal death of tumor tissues due to high dielectric contrast of tumor and increasing difference in its conductivity (dielectric loss) relative to surrounding healthy biological tissues, reaching multiple values for various tumors; this allows for fluorescence diagnostics to specify boundaries of tumors and conduct simultaneous hyperthermia of tumor cells with electromagnetic HF- and UHF-energy of photo-wave radiation and detect and destroy, thus, even undetectable tumor formations located in deep layers of biological object.
