Abstract RU 2723884 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for inducing death of tumor cells in living biological objects of sodium salt "Chlorine-e6" contained in medical preparation Chlorin-e6, succinic acid (SC) and energy of HF and SHF radiation, known as HF and SHF hyperthermia. Described is a method for initiation of tumor cell death, intended for complex treatment of oncological patients, having tumor tissues with metastases for their hyperthermia in human organs, characterized by that, prior to treatment, a person is transferred to a no-carbohydrate diet for 3 days to produce glucose fasting of oncological cells and maximum saturation of oncological cells by electron-ion solutions, with subsequent administration to a human orally sodium chloride "Chlorine-e6" in megadoses of 120 mg per person for 3–5 hours and succinic acid orally in megadoza 2500 mg for 0.5–2.5 hours before treatment with maximum accumulation of drugs in tumor tissues is 3–4 times higher than in healthy tissues, selective hyperthermia of tumor tissues HF energy in accordance with the depth of their location and penetration depth of the electromagnetic wave in the human body =1100 cm, at the allowed frequency f=13.56 MHz, with total heating rate of tumor tissues at these frequencies of 0.062 °C/s, for 198 s to heating temperature of tumor tissues 49 °C, while heating healthy tissues of not more than 40 °C.

EFFECT: technical result is thermal death of tumor tissues due to high dielectric contrast of tumor and increasing difference in its conductivity (dielectric loss) relative to surrounding healthy biological tissues, reaching multiple values for various tumors; this allows for fluorescence diagnostics to specify boundaries of tumors and to conduct simultaneous hyperthermia of tumor cells of electromagnetic HF and SHF energy of photo-wave radiation and detect and destroy, thus, even undetectable tumor formations located in deep layers of biological object.
