SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of initiating tumour cell death with HF- and microwave energy, intended for local treatment of cancer patients having tumour tissues in various organs of human body, characterized by that before treatment, person for 3 days is transferred to a non-carbohydrate diet, to create glucose starvation and subsequent maximum saturation of oncocells with an electron-ionic solution of hydroxyaluminium trisulfophthalocyanine intravenously in megadose of 0.81 mg/kg of body weight of the Photosens preparation and peroral human intake of succinic acid in megadose 3000 mg, for their maximum accumulation in tumour tissues, respectively, 1.5–1.8 and 3–4 times more than in healthy in 2–8 and 0.5–2.5 hours before physiotherapy, selective hyperthermia of tumour tissue with UHF energy is performed in accordance with the depth of their location and depth of penetration of the electromagnetic wave into the human body of 6.1 centimetres, at the resolved frequency f = 2450 MHz, with a total heating rate of the tumour tissues of 0.066 °C/s for 195 s to the tumour tissue heating temperature of 49.5 °C, while heating healthy tissues not higher than 40 °C.
