SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specific derivatives of sulphonamides of formula (II)
their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, as well as to use thereof as a reverse agonist, associated with retinoids of orphan gamma RORγt receptor. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing such compounds, as well as its use for the treatment of topical and/or oral route of inflammatory diseases mediated by receptors RORγt, in particular acne, psoriasis and/or atopic dermatitis.
EFFECT: disclosed are benzene sulphonamide derivatives as inverse agonists associated with ROR retinoids of orphan gamma receptor (t).
