FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wind power engineering. Blade system of wind-driven power plant includes blades, each of which includes frame rigidly fixed to shaft, and elements of filling installed in frame, which are made with possibility to shut off or open on different sides from shaft frame area limited by its contour. Frame of each blade includes at least two cells, filling elements are installed in cells of frame and are made with possibility to shut off or open on different sides from shaft area of frame, limited by its contour, by means of blade control system. Blades can be fixed on both vertical and horizontal shafts. Filling elements can be made in the form of plates fixed with possibility of rotation on axes installed in the frame cell so that plates on one side of the shaft overlap the frame area limited by its contour, and on the other side of the shaft - it is opened.
EFFECT: invention is intended for conversion of wind kinetic energy into useful mechanical energy of blade system rotation.
