SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports facilities, namely walking poles, as well as to ski poles. Sports poles, each of which includes a rod and coaxially located on it handle with the possibility of movement along the rod, characterized by that adjustment of the handle with subsequent fixation on the rod is due to the fact that the handle is located on the tube, which contains an external thread, also the tube on each of its ends is equipped with a fixing nut with a seal, which is placed on the rod; at that, the nut has an internal flange, due to which compression of the sealant is possible. Handle for sports pole, including a handle, characterized in that the handle is located on the tube, on each end of which there is a fixing nut with a seal; fixing nut has internal flange; handle on each end is equipped with fastening nut, tube in places of fixing and fixing nuts has external thread. Technical task of design of sports poles simplifying the known design, increasing its reliability and allowing to change height of application of force is achieved due to performance of sports poles, in which a straight smooth rod and movable relative to the rod handle.

EFFECT: technical problem of the declared invention is design of sports poles, simplifying known design, improving its reliability and making it more universal, suitable for user with different physical characteristics and longer service life; one more technical problem of the declared invention is design of sport poles, which allows changing load in a way which is safe for a user.
