Pole for Nordic walking, consisting of an outer pipe and an inner pipe, wherein the inner pipe is inserted into the outer pipe, and the lower end of the outer pipe is connected to the upper part of the inner pipe through the dust cover, handle connected to the upper end of the outer pipe, support element connected to lower end of inner pipe, spring element with length of not less than 10 cm and not more than 20 cm, at the same time, the upper end of the inner pipe is made with a central rod for the spring element, inside the outer pipe there is a spring element limiter, made with a through central hole for the central rod for the spring element, outside the outer pipe and the inner pipe, the outer pipe handle and the inner pipe handle are located, made with the possibility of gripping the handles and performing the outer pipe and inner pipe convergence exercises in the horizontal direction, wherein the handle of the outer pipe and the handle of the inner pipe are equidistant from the dust cover, and the distance between the handles is from 70 to 80 cm.

EFFECT: increased damping properties of the stick, possibility to include a shoulder girdle during training.
