FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of linking one or more mobile devices through a computer network to a control server by associating a device control agent with a device user. In the method, the control server detects access to the computer network from the unregistered mobile device control agent, implemented by the firmware and hardware of the device, collects information on a mobile device on which an unregistered control agent is detected, a user of the device and a control agent of that mobile device, identifies a device on which the unregistered control agent is installed, identifies a user of the identified mobile device, associates the control agent of the identified device with the user of the mobile device by storing in the database the identification data of the control agent used on the device and the user's identification data.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of device control agent association with device user.
