SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, a method, an operator server and a storage device for providing financial demand control services. System comprises: a company server for managing credit limit for each employee, an output control data server for controlling employee output management data, a provider server for managing employee managed accounts and a bank server for managing a bank account whereto employee salary is transferred from a company, wherein the supplier server comprises: a calculation module which calculates the advanced amount for the employee based on the credit limit amount and the workout management data, the automatic charging data output module, which performs the translation processing for the electronic information transferring the value of the advance of the managed account to the bank account, an output device which outputs an advance amount to the server of the company, wherein the total amount of the advanced amount to employees of one company does not exceed the range of general advance amounts of the company for the company specified by the supplier.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of time for provision of financial demand regulation services.
