SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information technologies that ensure the interaction of various entities when refuelling a vehicle. The technical result consists in increasing the automation of control over the process of refuelling commercial vehicles and increasing the automation of document flow by creating a single trusted environment for the exchange of electronic documents between participants in the fuel supply market. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the system includes a transaction block, a fuel supplier node, a financial institution node, a vehicle owner node, a vehicle manager node and a fuel tanker node, while the transaction block includes a refuelling module configured to ensuring the interaction of system nodes upon request and exchange of information about the amount of fuel, and the finance module, while the fuel tanker unit includes a flow meter equipped with an electronic interface configured to send information about the amount of fuel filled directly to the system.
EFFECT: increasing the automation of control over the process of refuelling commercial vehicles and increasing the automation of document flow by creating a single trusted environment for the exchange of electronic documents between participants in the fuel supply market.
