Disclosed is an information search system for searching information of a detection algorithm in spectral data needed to determine a target result from a photographed object, wherein the information retrieval system comprises: a first relational database configured to store a predetermined first relevance index with three or more layers between each target result in the object and information of the detection algorithm; target result input means configured to receive input information on the target result in the item to be newly determined; and a search means configured to search for one or more portions of the detection algorithm information based on the target result information received by the target result input means by referring to the first relevance index stored in the first relational database; a photographic apparatus configured to photograph an object based on the information of the detection algorithm sought by the search means and creating a spectral image which represents the reflectivity or transmissibility of the object, based on three-dimensional spectral data containing two-dimensional spatial information from two-dimensional spectral data in each location of photographing and one-dimensional information on wavelength; target result determining means configured to determine the target result based on the spectral image obtained by photographing the photographing means.
