SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the internal combustion engines. Variable valve drive (1) is designed for gas-distributing lifting valve. Valve periodically moves between closed and open positions by means of camshaft. Valve drive (1) comprises switched system of swinging levers for actuation of lifting valve, having transfer rocker (10) and valve rocker arm (20), which rest on various axes (13) and (23) of rockers, which are parallel to axis of cam shaft. Valve rocker arm (20) is located at first end (21) in contact with the lifting valve and has roller (26) at second end (22). Gear balance arm (10) is in contact at first end (11) with cam (2) of cam shaft (3) and at second end (12) interacts via contour surface (16) with roller (26) of valve rocker (20). Swinging motion of transfer rocker (10) creates swinging motion of valve rocker (20), at which roller (26) of transfer rocker (20) rolls along contour surface (16). Actuator switches system of swinging levers, by means of which it is possible to turn contour surface (16) around axis (13) of transfer rocker (10), to shift rolling zone of roller (26) of rocker arm (20) along contour surface (16). Disclosed is a vehicle comprising a variable valve drive.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing of possibility of stepless change of time of valves opening and closing, as well as of valve opening strokes.
