FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, particularly to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing iron (III) sulphate nanocapsules in a shell of highly esterified apple pectin. Method is characterized by that the core : shell weight ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3, wherein iron (III) sulphate is added to a suspension of highly esterified apple pectin in petrolbutanol containing preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 600 rpm, then chloroform is added, the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying and accelerating the process of producing nanocapsules, reducing losses when producing nanocapsules and can be used in veterinary medicine and microbiology.
