FIELD: test technology; aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tests of aircrafts. Method of checking the performance of gas reducers of aircraft consists in that test object (7) is gas reducer mounted in pneumatic test bench for checking operability of aircraft gas reducers, together with pneumatic test bench itself is placed in thermo-pressure chamber (13). At that, using thermo-pressure chamber (13), environmental conditions are simulated during operation of aircraft, including low or high temperature. At the same time the pneumatic test bench contains the elements simulating air system of the aircraft.

EFFECT: invention allows checking performance of aircraft gas reducers at the required ambient parameters.
