SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for hydrocracking hydrocarbon feedstock, comprising steps of: collecting a stream of hydrogen for hydrotreatment and a second stream of hydrogen from a stream of hydrogen for hydrotreatment; heating the hydrogen stream for hydrotreatment and the second hydrogen stream before or after the sampling step; subjecting a hydrocarbon feed stream to hydrofining in the presence of a hydrogen stream for hydrotreatment and a hydrotreating catalyst to produce a hydrotreated product stream; separating said hydrofining product stream in a hot separator to obtain a stream of hydrofining vapour streams and a hydrotreated liquid product stream; hydrocracking said flow of hydrofining liquid products in the presence of a second hydrogen stream and a hydrocracking catalyst to obtain a stream of hydrocracking products; abruptly cooling the second hydrogen stream prior to the hydrocracking step using a cooling hydrogen stream withdrawn from said hydrogen stream for hydrotreatment prior to the heating step; and separating the hydrocracked product stream and the hydrofining vapour stream to obtain a naphtha stream and a diesel fuel stream. Invention also relates to an apparatus for hydrocracking.
EFFECT: technical result is assurance of safety of diesel fuel in hydrocracking unit.
