FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroisomerisation hydrocarbon streams, especially hydrocracking and hydroisomerisation hydrocarbon flows. Method of hydrocracking and hydroisomerisation hydrocarbon flow includes: hydrofining a hydrocarbon feed stream to obtain a hydrofluorocarbon stream subjected to hydrofining; hydrocracking said hydrotreated hydrocarbon feed stream in a first layer of the hydrocracking catalyst to obtain a hydrocracked stream; hydroisomerisation of said hydrocracked stream in first catalyst layer hydroisomerisation, to obtain hydroisomerised flow, wherein said hydroisomerisation is carried out at a lower temperature than said hydrocracking; fractionating said hydroisomerised flow in the fractionation section to obtain a first fractioned stream; and recycling said first fractioned stream to said first catalyst layer hydroisomerisation for cooling by quenching said hydrocracked stream and obtaining a combined stream comprising said hydrocracked stream and said first fractioned stream; wherein said stream subjected to hydrocracking is fed into said first catalyst bed hydroisomerisation bypassing said fractionation section.
EFFECT: reduced characteristic of cold flow temperature of commercial diesel fuel without reduction of cut-off point of diesel fraction in order to preserve higher output of diesel fuel.
