FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to hydrotreatment of a product using a slurry hydrocracking (SHC) method. Described is a hydrotreating method of a product of a hydrocracking process with a suspended layer, comprising separating a hydrocracking product with a suspended layer in a hot separator into a first fluid stream and a first vapor stream, fractionating said first fluid stream into at least two fractions in a first fractionation zone, wherein said at least two fractions include at least a first fraction and a second fraction, wherein said second fraction has a boiling point T5 which is higher than the boiling temperature T5 of said first fraction, hydrotreating said first fraction and at least a portion of said first steam stream in the presence of hydrogen and a hydrotreating catalyst in a first hydrotreating reactor to form a first hydrotreated product, separating said first hydrotreated product into at least two fractions in a separation zone, wherein at least two fractions contain at least a product naphtha fraction, a diesel product fraction, and hydrofining and hydrocracking said second fraction in the presence of hydrogen, a hydrotreating catalyst and a hydrocracking catalyst in a hydrotreating and hydrocracking reactor to form a second hydrotreated product, wherein said first hydrotreated product separation into at least two fractions comprises separation of said first hydrotreated product into at least said product naphtha fraction, said diesel product fraction and product gas fraction from vacuum gas oil.
EFFECT: technical result is significant saving of costs and providing comparable improved properties of product due to use of combined system for hydrotreatment.
