FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. Method comprises: determining, by a terminal device, that a predetermined condition satisfies a current network state and/or a terminal service request; determining, by the terminal device, an available resource used by the terminal device to perform an uplink transmission in accordance with the previously stored first configuration information indicating the available resource used by the terminal device to perform uplink transmission; and using said determined available resource used by terminal device to perform uplink transmission with uplink data transmission.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of carrying capacity due to reduction of network delay.
