FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for assessing the dynamics of visual-motor reaction efficiency. Disclosed is a method in which a person being tested is presented with a visual stimulus, a red circle with diameter of 20 mm with a marked center, the point of appearance of which is visually determined by the person being tested, as well as a sight in the form of a circle contour with diameter of 10 mm with a marked center, characterized in that the person being tested by means of a two-axis manipulator of the "joystick" type with a handle in the initial central position in the hand of the person being tested combines the centers of the visual stimulus and the sight, and at the moment of supposed alignment, the person being tested presses the "Ready" button of the manipulator, after which time is measured from the moment of appearance of the visual stimulus to pressing the "Ready" button and the sight guidance error equal to the distance between the centers of the visual stimulus and the sight at the moment of pressing the "Ready" button, after which the test is repeated a predetermined number of times and calculating the motor tracking time Tmt by the formula:

EFFECT: invention provides expansion of functional capabilities of existing methods due to measurement of integral time and accuracy of programs of human motor-tracking following chaotically moving objects in medical or professional rehabilitation of a person at its various stages, that is necessary for observation of dynamics and correction of individual medical or occupational rehabilitation program.
